This powerful new biography examines the life and workof iconic radical historian Howard Zinn,as a progressive icon and thought leader by highlighting the story of the times that shaped him as well as the United States of America.
In our program, Zirin will discuss his book, his relationship with Howard Zinn, and how his life story "gives us a road map for a politics of change."
Zirin's presentation will be followed by a conversation with the author, program participants and Tzedek Chicago's founding rabbi Brant Rosen.
