In an increasingly contentious world, conflict is often acutely felt at the inter-personal level, disrupting relationships in both minor and significant ways, including with/in ourselves. How might repair, then, with oneself be a generative practice of restoring shared humanity and compassion, and inviting in transformative healing for one another and the Earth? During the month of Elul, leading up to Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur we are called to reflect on our spiritual selves and actions, and where we need to do the work of repair and return. What can carving out this time to notice the ruptures within ourselves allow us to do in the work of liberation. Join Reb Sasha and Rev Syd Yang as they share wisdom and practices of repair from both Jewish and Buddhist perspectives. Register here.
