As was announced on June 16, six members of JVP's Chicago chapter began an indefinite hunger strike demanding "an end to the genocide in Gaza, unconditional military aid for Israel and the blockade of food and medical aid to the 2.3 million Palestinians now living amongst the rubble." As part of the group's schedule of events for the coming weeks, Tzedek Chicago, along with IfNotNow Chicago and Higaleh Nah, will be hosting a Havdalah service in Person at Montrose Beach near the public showers.
