Resources to Support our Neighbors: The January 30th General Strike and Beyond
We honor the lives and spirits of Renee Nicole Good and Alex Pretti, two more people senselessly murdered by DHS agents. In solidarity with the people of Minneapolis and other cities under siege by ICE, there is a call for a nationwide boycott of all businesses this Friday, January 30. In addition to the general strike, Tzedek Chicago is glad to share different ways to get involved nationally and in the local Chicago area.
LOCAL RESOURCES & WAYS TO GET INVOLVED :

The IL Accountability Commission is a commission intended “to create a public record of the conduct of federal agents during “Operation Midway Blitz” and the Trump Administration’s military-style operations throughout the Chicagoland area. Additionally, the Commission will examine the impact of that conduct on individuals and communities and consider policy recommendations to prevent future harm in Illinois.” If you witness an ICE abduction or encounter with the public, document it and send it to the IAC.
