It was wonderful to see so many of you at Rosh Hashanah - and to learn that many more experienced our service via live stream. Special thanks to all those who help make it all possible. Putting together our High Holiday services is truly a communal effort - and I'm always so inspired by the joyful spirit that pervades these preparations. Like so many other special times throughout the year, putting together the High Holidays is truly a labor of love for our Tzedek members.
Now that we're at the High Holiday halfway point, here are a few informational odds and ends:
• There are still seats available for both Erev and Yom Kippur morning. Click here if you plan to attend but haven't yet registered. Registration will close on Monday morning, October 7.
• Our Yom Kippur children's program (ages 6 and up) will begin at 10:45 AM in Room 311. For more information, email Aviva Stein at firstname.lastname@example.org
• Our afternoon program with Israeli activist/singer/songwriter Yonatan Shapira is free and open to the public. You can find information about the program below. We encourage you to invite family and friends - here is the Facebook event page, suitable for sharing.
• As with Rosh Hashanah, our Yom Kippur service will be streamed via Facebook Live. You can access the feed through our organizational Facebook page here.
Shabbat Shalom and G'mar Tov - may we all begin the new year with lives renewed and spirits awakened.
